At the time of this inspection, licensor observed storage areas underneath bathroom sinks were accessible to children in Purple Room (110), Red Room (109), and Blue Room (107), due to broken child safety locks. Licensor observed a toilet brush and plunger present in the storage cabinet underneath the bathroom sink in Purple Room (110).
